These kadais can be used to make everything from the simplest poriyal to the slow-simmering gravies like Dal Makhani and Channa Masala. The Soapstone Kadais are crafted masterfully by our rural artisans. They make it by hand and hence each piece is unique. We season these Kadais for three weeks at a stretch with organic Castor oil and turmeric so that you can use it as soon as you buy it. Our Soapstone Kadais come in sizes ranging from 1 to 4 litres.
