Return and Refund Policy

Cancellations & Making Order Changes

Once you have confirmed your order, we won’t be able to make any changes or cancel your order in our system. Please make sure your order is placed with all the items you wish to purchase, applying suitable discount codes, and proper shipping methods needed before you confirm your order.

As long as your items are not customized, you may send it back for an exchange or refund after receiving it (shipping charges and any restocking fees are non-refundable). See our Return Policy for more details.

 

For Customized Orders

All items customized for customers at the time of purchase are strictly not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.

 

Taxes

All sales tax is calculated according to the state and county tax laws to which the order is being shipped.

 

Payment Method 

We are integrated with PayPal and accepted payments via all Credit and Debit Cards in different currencies. We Prefer PayPal as its safer end for all our customers. 

 

Processing Times

Orders are picked up by all shipping carriers Monday - Friday only. Any orders that is placed Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Please note we are closed on all major holidays in India and the orders placed meanwhile will be shipped the following business day. 

 

Shipping Partner

We are partnered with DHL Express for Fast and Secured shipment. All our Big packages (10kg+) will be insured with DHL (with no additional cost billed to our customers) considering the safety and, thus, we ensure non breakage and safe delivery of goods. 

 

Free Shipping & Flat Rate Shipping

Flat Rate & Free Shipping Offers applies only to orders shipped to the contiguous 48 states of US, Canada, Australia, All European Countries and Rest of the world. 

DHL Express takes 3 - 6 business days and is handled by DHL onwards, from pick up to delivery.

 

Processing Times

Orders are picked up Monday - Saturday, any orders that are fulfilled on Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Please note we are closed on all major holidays: Orders placed meanwhile will be shipped the following business day.

Processing time varies for “Made to Order” items. 

For customized/Prayer units - Min 10 days to Max 15 Days Processing time 

For Wall Mural & Mirrors - Min 15 to Max 28 Days Processing Time. 

For Gramophone - Min 1 - Max 8 Business Days Processing Time

For Bioscope - Min 7 - Max 10 Business Days Processing Time.  

Note: You can find the estimated date of delivery in every individual product available in the store for a better idea on delivery date. 

 

Customs & Duties

Please be aware that all international orders may or may not be necessarily subject to additional duties, brokerage, or customs fees. Some countries allow prepaid customs and duties fees. All fees are calculated by customs officials and these charges will not be available at checkout as different customs rates are imposed upon arrival to the destination country.  

Delays in customs are possible with every international order, which may affect delivery arrival times. AntiqueVintageHub.com has no control over customs fees or delays. You may contact your local customs office to determine customs costs and delivery estimations if in case custom charges are imposed on your order.

If you refuse to pay customs, all additional fees incurred will be subtracted from your merchandise refund or billed to you by AntiqueVintageHub.com at a later date. AntiqueVintageHub.com will not refund you for your shipping cost until the product is returned back to us in original condition sent. 

 

Refunds

We offer refunds only for items that are damaged goods that are reported within 2 days of delivery of the item. 

Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days once delivered to our facility. You will receive a confirmation via email once your refund is processed.

 

Exchanges

We don't accept any exchanges for proper and undamaged goods. If you need to exchange any damaged items, we will gladly resend the packages with no additional shipping costs.  

 

Damage Returns

We will not accept a return if the item is sent back used, damaged or any with missing parts. It must also be sent with original packing. If a damaged or wrong item is received you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to receive a return approval with no additional cost.  

 

Refused Packages & Return to Sender

If a package is refused or an incorrect address is provided at checkout, the customer will be held responsible to pay all shipping costs for the order and back to AntiqueVintageHub.com. The shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, refused packages and undeliverable packages can take several weeks or longer to be received back to our facilities, the transit time is completely in the hands of the shipping carrier. AntiqueVintageHub.com will not process any refunds until the items are returned back to our facility.
